Deposit of 50 % required to reserve, balance due prior to arrival date.
Cash, cheque, money order, Emoney transfer

Cancellation policy - Deposit refunded when unit is rented.

Guest Information

Weekly, Monthly or Seasonal accommodations are available June to September.Saturday check-in from 3:00-5:00 P.M. and check- out is at 10:00 A.M.

We can accommodate a maximum of 4 or 6 persons per cottage. Additional visitors must be registered with owner and must not exceed one car daily.

Play area is available for all guests. Please ensure small children are supervised.

We encourage Recycling and designated containers are located near the central garbage bin. Please wrap all refuse securely.

Water is chlorinated and can be used for washing but recommend boiling for drinking water. One full jug of bottled water is provided. Additional jugs may be purchased at the local No Frills Grocery Store at guest's expense. Please ensure the same number of empty jugs are left on your departure as were provided on your arrival or a $10.00 deposit will be charged.

The dock is available for all guests' enjoyment. Please ensure children are supervised and swimming is at own risk.

Individual campfire pits are provided for each cottage and wood is sold locally. Please do not leave fires unattended and adherence to fire bans is mandatory.

Please respect neighbouring properties by remaining within the designated area belonging to Lake Breeze.

The private laneway is used by pedestrians and children. Maintain low speeds to ensure safety of all travellers.

In the event of hydro loss, please stop the use of running water to avoid damage to the water pump.

Quiet time is 11:00 pm. Please respect other guests' privacy.
